Welcome to Q League, Qoncert’s community for independent artists. By using Q League, you agree to these Terms.

1) Community purpose

Q League exists to help independent artists grow through missions, resources, and community support. This is a working community. Show up, participate, and keep it respectful.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Q League. If you are under 18, you are responsible for having permission from a parent or guardian where required.

3) Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting in Q League, you give Qoncert permission to display that content inside the community and use it to operate and improve the service.

If you submit content (photos/videos) from shows, you confirm you have the right to share it.

4) Community rules

You agree not to post or share:

Harassment, hate, threats, or bullying

Sexually explicit content

Illegal content or instructions for wrongdoing

Spam, scams, or misleading promotions

Content that violates someone else’s rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)

5) Moderation

We can remove content, restrict features, suspend, or remove accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe and productive.

6) No guarantees

Q League is designed to support growth, but we do not guarantee:

ticket sales results

bookings, slots, or show placement

income or career outcomes

Opportunities may be offered based on availability, fit, and performance, and can change at any time.

7) Third-party services

Q League may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Qoncert is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Q League.

9) Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Q League means you accept the updated Terms.
