Purchase Policy

By purchasing a ticket through Qoncert (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you,” “ticket holder,” “purchaser”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.

2. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another individual through the Qoncert app or by contacting [[email protected]] at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Transfers are final. Once a ticket is transferred, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded to the original purchaser. Transferred tickets are non-refundable and final for the new ticket holder. There is no limit on the number of times a ticket may be transferred before the 2-hour window closes. Transfers are disabled within 2 hours of the event’s scheduled start time.

3. Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled in its entirety (not postponed or rescheduled), ticket holders will be eligible for a

full refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days following the cancellation notice.

4. Postponement, Rescheduling, or Venue Changes

If an event’s date, time, or venue is changed:

Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event or new venue.If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you must request a refund within 7 calendar days of the public announcement of the change.Failure to request a refund within the 7-day window constitutes acceptance of the change, and no refund will be provided thereafter.

5. Artist Lineup Changes

Artist lineups are subject to change at the sole discretion of the event organizer or Qoncert.

Refunds will not be issued due to individual artist cancellations, substitutions, or changes to the advertised lineup, unless the event is canceled in full.

6. Force Majeure

Qoncert shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, government orders, or failures of suppliers or vendors (“Force Majeure Events”).

No refunds shall be issued in the event of cancellation or modification of an event due to a Force Majeure Event unless otherwise stated.

7. Venue Policies and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for complying with the policies and requirements of the event venue, including but not limited to:

Age restrictions

Dress codes

Health and safety policies

Prohibited items

Failure to comply with venue policies may result in denied entry without refund.

8. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at live events may carry certain risks, including injury, illness (including COVID-19 and other communicable diseases), and property loss or damage.

By attending an event, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release Qoncert, the event organizers, and venue operators from any liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Qoncert’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a ticket purchase shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased. Qoncert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your attendance or inability to attend an event.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Arapahoe County, Colorado].

11. Modifications to Policy

Qoncert reserves the right to amend or modify this Purchase Policy at any time without notice. The version posted at the time of ticket purchase shall apply.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled. If the event is rescheduled or the venue changes, you can request a refund within 7 days of the change announcement.

What happens if the event is canceled?

You’ll automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes! You can transfer your ticket to a friend directly through the Qoncert app or by emailing us at [[email protected]]. Tickets must be transferred at least 2 hours before showtime. Once a ticket is transferred, it’s final — no refunds for either the original buyer or the new ticket holder.

What if an artist I wanted to see cancels?

Lineups can change — your ticket is still valid for the event. Refunds are not issued for artist cancellations unless the entire event is canceled.

What if the venue or date changes?

Your ticket will be honored at the new venue or date. If you can’t make the rescheduled event, request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

What if it rains?

Outdoor shows are usually rain or shine! Refunds are only issued if the entire event is canceled due to weather.

What are the venues entry rules?

Each venue sets its own policies (age restrictions, ID checks, etc.). Check the event details in the Qoncert app carefully — no refunds if you’re turned away for not meeting venue requirements.
