You must be 16 or older to use Qoncert. Some events have their own age limits (16+, 18+, 21+).

Account required to purchase tickets and manage your events.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Purchase Policy.

Ticket transfers are allowed via the app, but once transferred, tickets are non-refundable. No transfers allowed within 2 hours of showtime.

We’ll contact you via email, text, or app notifications for ticket info, event updates, and promotions (opt-out anytime).

Event details can change — always double-check before attending.Qoncert is not responsible for third-party events or any injuries or issues at venues.

Don’t misuse the platform (e.g., hacking, illegal activity, or unauthorized ticket resale = banned!).

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you.

Welcome to Qoncert! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (qoncertapp.com) and mobile application (the “App”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Qoncert, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

If you are using Qoncert on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Qoncert. Some events listed may have age restrictions (e.g., 16+, 18+, 21+), and it is your responsibility to confirm you meet any event-specific age requirements. We may verify your age during sign-up or before purchase.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Keep your login credentials confidential. Be responsible for any activity under your account.

You may update your information through your account settings.

4. Purchases and Ticketing

When you buy tickets through Qoncert, you agree to our Purchase Policy which covers refunds, ticket transfers, show cancellations, and other purchase terms.

Tickets may be sent electronically via email and/or available through your account.

All ticket sales are subject to availability and venue policies.

5. Ticket Transfers

Qoncert allows you to transfer tickets to others via the App.

Once a ticket is transferred, it is final and cannot be refunded or reversed.

Transferred tickets are also final and non-refundable for the recipient.

Transfers are not allowed within two (2) hours of showtime.

6. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from us via email, text, or App notifications regarding:

Your account or tickets

Event updates

Promotional materials (you can opt-out of marketing communications)

We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to spam filters, outdated contact information, or other technical issues.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations

Resell tickets without permission

Use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes

Attempt to interfere with our systems or security features

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Qoncert and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Qoncert, Inc. or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.

9. Event Changes and Cancellations

Event details, including dates, locations, and lineups, are subject to change.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify you and outline your available options according to our Purchase Policy.

10. Disclaimers

We provide Qoncert “as is” without warranties of any kind.We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.We are not responsible for events hosted by third parties or any injuries, losses, or damages incurred at events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qoncert and its affiliates will not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits or revenues

Events outside our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Qoncert at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through your settings or by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or App notification).

Your continued use of Qoncert after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Qoncert will be resolved in the courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
