From buying and finding your tickets to refunds and transfers, here’s everything you need to know.
You can buy tickets directly on our website or in the Qoncert app. Just tap on a show, choose your quantity, and check out with a credit/debit card or mobile payment.
Your tickets are saved in your Qoncert account under the “Tickets” section in the app or at qoncertapp.com/login. You’ll also get a confirmation email.
First, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Log into your Qoncert account to view your tickets, or reach out to us at [email protected].
Nope! Just show your digital ticket on your phone at the door. Easy and paperless.
All sales are final unless the event is canceled. If something comes up, you’re welcome to transfer the ticket to a friend.
Yes! Just open your ticket in the app and tap the transfer option. You can transfer directly to a friend that's on the app. You’ll need their email if they're not on the app to send it over.
If we have to cancel an event, we’ll issue full refunds automatically to the original payment method and send you an email with the details.
Sometimes! We recommend getting them in advance though — to save some time and be sure you get a ticket.
Some venues require us to use their ticketing system. In those cases, we’ll link you to their checkout page directly — but it’s still a Qoncert-produced event. Please note that we do not control any fees that are charged at external ticketing websites.
If you’re performing, you’ll see your personal ticket sales in the app under the Bookings tab. We update sales in real time so you can track your progress.
